About This Accessory
On a Holiday outing years ago, several friends set off to enjoy dinner at a small country inn. What they found was a quaint village decorated for the holidays with lights glowing amid fresh-fallen snow. These warm feelings can be shared through the artistry and craftsmanship celebrated in this nostalgic collection. Each piece is handcrafted of ceramic, individually hand painted, and fired with a glaze finish. Fired onto the base of every house is the Department 56 logo- a guarantee of authenticity. Every year pieces are retired and the molds are broken leaving room for new pieces that capture the heart and spirit of small town America.
About This Collection
Built with the same traditions and values found in small towns across America, the shops and neighborhoods of Main Street, U.S.A. continue to prosper and grow. The Yankee Candle Village Shop was introduced in January of 2012, modeled after Jackie's Card Shop and was designed by Scott Enter. Scott Enter began working at Department 56 in 1990, drawing Village accessories, building detailed paper models and painting samples of Village pieces. Web Exclusive.

Perfect for both Dept 56 collectors and/or Yankee Fans!
I got this Yankee Candle shop from the flagship last year and I am so pleased with it! I have mine in my "Yankee Candle" room and I just love looking at it. This piece is great quality and very detailed. Even for those who are not Dept 56 collectors, you will still enjoy this Yankee Candle shop! When you turn on the lights, you can see all of the little Yankee jars in the windows! So cute!

Great addition to the Dept 56 collection
Thank you Yankee Candle and Dept 56 for producing this village piece. I have been a collector of both Yankee Candle and Dept 56 for years. I am thrilled for add this piece to my collection. Excellent lighted village building for long-time or new collectors. Even better collector's item for fans of Yankee Candle. A must have for everyone. And a great gift for the holidays.

Has very nice details
This candle shop is the perfect addition to your snow village, when lit up it shows off the Yankee Candle windows and building wonderfully, I was very happy that my villagers would now have a shop in their little world.
