Smells good Just love the fragrance. It is refreshing. It makes me feel like I am living in a flower garden. February 11, 2013
Love love love this scent Absolutely love this scent-- aroma fills the room. I want more & more of it February 11, 2013
This fragrance is great any time of year This happens to be my favorite yankee candle of all. The scent is clean and reminds me of a breezy day. It fills up a room mildly so its not over-powering. February 10, 2013
Great fragrance for those who love muskier scents! As a huge lover of Yankee Candles, this one is a winner! This fragrance reminded me of Evening Air mixed with Mountain Lodge. Great fragrance to easily fill your entire home with! I bought this online, have never seen this one in my local store, I will definitely buy again. February 5, 2013
*Gorgeous* Fragrance! I couldn't help but TO purchase this fragrance - just to see why it got such negative reviews. I am DELIGHTED with the scent of this candle! It has a masculine, herbal <clove, geranium, basil>, woodsy musk <cedarwood, musk> fragrance that is so popular these days. There's NO FLORAL scent nor does it state so in its description!! I prefer strongly fragranced candles as my house is so large and need a strong scent throw so an entire room can carry the scent. Although this candle is not as strong as Midsummers Night - it is very similar, and is also a fragrance I can pair up with a 2nd E.G, or even a Midsummers Night for a stronger scent throw. This fragrance may not be suited for everyone. If you lke a Floral fragrance - definitely don't but this one! This candle is calming, imo, and I would absolutely love for YC to keep this one year round and to add more products in the line! January 25, 2013
Wonderful scent... Perfect for the Bedroom I love this scent! The musk and cedarwood makes for a relaxing frangrance. I burn this candle whenever I am in bed to calm me. It has an amazing throw; though It burns upstairs, it reaches the downstairs living room. A must have! January 23, 2013
Honestly my favorite candle. I first bought this candle because I thought the gnome on the front was cute and the smell was nice. As I burned it in my home, it quickly became the single most favorite candle in all of my collection. It is one of the few I keep out year round and I pick it up at every single opportunity. I was surprised to see it on sale again, it has been discontinued for a while and I had a stockpile of five that I was doing my nest not to barrel through! I would also find some on eBay and grab one there when I saw it. I would love to see this come back. It smells comforting and pleasant and fills my house with a presence that is not overbearing. Not even in my top 20 . . . But not awful, either. Just average. ENCHANTED GARDEN is not nearly as enchanting as I expected. It's not even very garden-y, for that matter. Despite supposedly having floral notes, the masculine notes like musk and clove overpower all. It's EVENING AIR in a weak floral setting . . . And I find it inferior. The name EVENING AIR makes sense for that candle, while ENCHANTED GARDEN does not make sense for this one. Maybe MIDNIGHT AIR would inspire more appropriate expectations. I don't *hate* it. I've burned it halfway down over the last year or so. It's got a nice strong throw, and I like 'em strong. But I don't really truly care for the scent. It's like I'm smelling a botched batch of EVENING AIR and that distracts me from really enjoying it for itself. So I don't dislike it, but rather I find myself always reaching past it when I go to my candle closet to pick out the candle of the day (or hour). There are so many better candles. HOWEVER I do find it to be really well suited to burning in my library. Something about it fits, I guess the masculinity goes well with wood, leather, and books. I have burned ENCHANTED GARDEN in the library as part of "party decoration". And I've spent a few evenings reading with it as my accompaniment. It pairs rather well with Sherlock Holmes. So, while I wouldn't *not* recommend it (slight difference) I don't even rank it in my personal Top 20 Yankee Candles. It's a generally average candle. January 3, 2013
