As advertised
Just like a dryer sheet. Very clean scent, nothing very strong about it though. I wanted the throw to be stronger than it was, but it does well in smaller closed rooms.

Classic!
Clean Cotton is a classic, timeless YC fragrance. I think it's been around forever! Lol. It's a fresh, clean scent, like freshly laundered clothes. Love it!

Very Faint Pleasant, Fresh-From-the-Dryer Laundry Fragrance
Basically, this candle smells like laundry washed or dried with fabric softener. It's not offensive, but I found it EXTREMELY LIGHT and FAINT through the first burn. Sometimes I smelled it a little, but mostly I didn't smell it at all. However, I've found that many of the fresh candles need a "warm up" before their fragrance is more effective.
It's a nice white candle, which means it won't clash with most decor styles and the fragrance is probably universally appealing. I doubt anyone thinks freshly cleaned laundry stinks.
With that said, I'm unlikely to repurchase this candle because IMHO, the price is too high. I can smell freshly cleaned laundry every week when I wash and dry my laundry. I'm not interested in paying the cost of a Housewarming jar to enjoy that scent.

This one was the first YC I bought ages ago when I was just a teen. It got me hooked!! Great Fresh clean scent that is great when you have all the windows open!!!

"Clean" is the key.
I absolutely love this scent. It's tied with 2 others for my favorite. I like to burn Clean Cotton in the bedrooms, especially through the night, because it simply smells so clean without the acidic smell of citrus.
I've actually had people walk into my house and mention how "clean" it smelled; not knowing I was burning this candle.

This reminds me of the clean smell of freshly wash and dried laundry. Imagining what it would be like to jump into a big pile of the soft fluffly clean clothes.
