I purchased a variety of votive candles to try some new scents out for the holiday season. Christmas Wreath is true to it's name, it definitely smells like fresh cut pines and boughs of holly. It has a really traditional holiday scent to it, but the throw isn't too strong in the votive I bought. To me, personally, it smelled great burning with North Pole. I burn the candles in my room, and upon leaving and returning, I was hit with the smell of a fresh cut Christmas tree decorated with candy canes being warmed gently by twinkling lights. It's a wonderful scent, and I'm sure it would be perfect to mimic that beautiful smell of an old fashioned Christmas, so long as you buy it in a larger size, especially for a larger space such as a living room or family room.

The most jubilant scent of the Season, in perfect form for sharing!
When it comes to the holidays, I wish to enjoy every single moment. Christmas comes but once a year, right? I'm also rather strict. Despite stores putting up decorations for Christmas even before Halloween (and decoration for *that* went up in August), I do not start celebrating Christmas until the day after Thanksgiving.
A month can seem like plenty of time, but somehow it always goes by too quicly!
I fill my house floor to ceiling, room by room, with decor and YANKEE CANDLE, specifically my holiday favorite, CHRISTMEAS WREATH. I adore its true, all-encompassing, pure "Christmas" scent more than any other holiday fragrance in the line-up!
We often travel for Thanksgiving, or during December, but I won't let a day go by that I don't get my CHRISTMAS WREATH.
Lugging any of the jars is a heavy, delicate trouble. So is packing a tart warmer. But VOTIVES do the trick! Simple VOTIVE holders are not nearly as fragile. So I can pack a few holders and votive candles, which have an impressively long burn time, and enjoy the fragrance of my most beloved season, be I at my aunt's house in Dallas or visiting friends in Austin.
And may I add that a few votive candles (any scent) and a holder make *excellent* gifts for family, friends, neighbors, or teachers? And they are wonderful stocking stuffers too!
Living a fragrant life means living life to the fullest, enhanced by all the senses. Don't neglect your sense of smell! It affects nearly every other sense, as well as your memory.
Celebrate a fragrant life this holiday season!

I enjoy this scent at Christmas Time, when the candle is burning the house smells like a live Christmas tree. Not too strong.

Pretty dang close!~
Christmas Wreath is pretty close to the real thing! The holly berry element is definitely what sets this fragrance apart from Balsam and Cedar. I enjoy this a lot during the holidays, and you will too if you like heavy tree or woods and berries types of scents!

Loved this and all the little candles I got!
I "splurged" and got ten little sample votive candles (on sale) in ten different fragrances. The box smelled wonderful as I carried it into the house. I opened it up and sniffed each candle and I must say, they were all delightful! They're sitting in the Living Room at the moment where they make the room smell sooooo good! It's a pleasure having them in my house! - which is in the real countryside (upstate New York) and anything that makes the cold & bleak autumn/winter months here more pleasureable is important.
Now I'm only sorry I didn't order double the number so I could give them as little holiday gifts! Ah, well - next year...
