No Regrets!!!!
Love this! It is very sturdy. I have all of the other greenery pieces and love the rustic romantic simple beauty of these. I bought two and yes, the bottom is tricky but like the other reviewer said...you can use a long matchstick to avoid any frustration of trying to simultaneously hold the bottom upright in eye shot while trying to fit and twist the bottom on with a lit tea light. Instead, place the tea light inside and adjust the bottom, place on a safe surface and use the matchstick to light. This information will help if you decide to purchase this. You may need to place on a heat resistant surface because this is definitely a heat conductor. While I stick to YC candle accessories, for these types of YC pieces, I buy and keep handy the small glass candle tray accessories that cost only a few dollars at my favorite home decor store so as not to take away from the beauty of the item itself and the other lovely pieces in this set. This is a very nice size too. Consider the pine cone crackle on clearance with this one even though the greenery shade that would go with this particular pine cone tea light is not available. You can match the crackle pine cone shade with the greenery tray and grab those lovely crackle votives on sale to make a gorgeous set next winter.

Pinecones that last......
My family loves decorating with iron & this fills the bill. Use a long match stick to light after you place the tea lights inside.
You have to play with it a bit, but it's worth it. I bought them
last year at regular price for myself, mom & sister. My mom
bought them for two more sisters after they went on sale.Two
pinecones each for their birthdays. You won't get iron this
cheap again.

Do not like this product
Very hard to take the bottom off and on. Not made very well or something. Very much a pain to use which is unfortunate because it is pretty when lit but I actually avoid using it because of how hard it is to take the bottom off.

Charming
I wish I would not have been so influenced by some of the other reviews on this product. This is just charming. I honestly don't under stand all of the fuss about the way the candle goes into the base of this pinecone tealight holder. it is very intuitive.
Just light and twist the base into the bottom of the holder. This is a nice heavy cast Iron tealight holder which throws lovely patterns onto its surroundings as it flickers. Just cool before trying to remove the old tealight as with any holder they are quite warm to the touch after use. Love these!

Worth the Effort
After reading the previous reviews and liking the rustic design of this particular tea light holder, I decided to purchase some for myself. They are mostly as described-heavy, definitely rustic and eye-catching, especially if you like rustic cabin decor and consider the cost of such decor in other places. The inserting of the actual tea light IS a challenge, and I'd be sure to sit it in a place where its not close to flammable items if using actual tea lights; you can use battery-powered LED tea lights if the heat/lighting is an issue, which makes lighting this piece SUPER easy without heat. Overall, this piece IS worth purchasing and will make a superb addition to my decor!

I really like the rustic look of this holder.
I did buy this through a fund raiser and was happy with what I got when it arrived. It is a heavy piece and does get warm when burning but most candle holders get hot. Did you ever touch a plain votive holder...very hot but I don't think we are supposed to touch when there is a burning candle in a holder. I light this using a stick match and sometimes I need to try twice. I really love the rustic look and will probably get a few more.

Doesn't need candles
I bought this from a school fund raiser and have them on my mantle. Instead of putting tea lights in them, I pushed 2 tiny Christmas lights through each of them from the lighted garland on the mantle. They light up so beautifully and look lovely nestled in the garland! They look like snow frosted pine cones!

The worst candle holder ever....
I, too, bought this for a fund raiser. I had no idea of how to put the candle in the holder and include the "stopper." When it was time to put it out, I had to blow it out between the openings. It is also very hot to handle.
