Love Macintosh Candles!
Macintosh Spice is like an applie pie but I find it's like the original Macintosh which I love, love, with a hint of spice and it's an excellent scent for fall/christmas and right after the holidays. I love to pair this with either my favorite, Paradise Spice as the lemon peel/coconut/banana/cinnamon and clove in Paradise Spice compliments the apple/cinnamon/clove in this wonderful scent. Also, of course it pairs really, really well with either Macintosh or Home Sweet Home. What a wonderful scent and I didn't understand why Yankee only offers it online as I did buy 2 large jars recently to stock up on my fall collection, but come to find out they are coming out with a new "Apple Spice Scent" which I cannot wait to try out. But, I'm not sure how different it will be than this great scent but maybe it will be just as good if not better. I love apple scented candles and especially Macintosh which can be used year round. Also, since I always burn 2 large jars at the same time for open rooms with high ceilings, this also pairs very well with Cinnamon Stick and Sparkling Cinnamon. WOW, it gives it that extra kick and the pairing of these scents flows throughout the whole house creating an intoxicating scent that smells, cool, fresh and clean, warm and is great as I use this scent for the holidays along with Home Sweet Home and White Christmas. It's amazing how many options there are with pairing scents with Macintosh Spice and it smells really great with Balsam and Cedar. Something about the pine and balsam scent with the apples and cinnamon creates a wonderful aromatic atmosphere when company and family come to visit. Great for entertaining and everyone always asks, what are you burning and I always tell them, Yankee Candles of course. The tarts are wonderful, and Yankee should come out with a nice Mac and Spice room spray or fragrance oil! For now, I use the Macintosh Spray/oil and the Home Sweet Home spray/oil to compliment it. Oh, and the Home Sweet Home plug ins work really well with it for an all around the house terrific spicey apple scent everyone loves! Good thing I keep such a large collection of tarts as I tend to give one away here and there which is how I turn on so many family and friends to Yankee! I would recommend this scent to any apple/cinnamon scent lover such as myself and this would be a great gift for the holidays to any new Yankee fans! They will be sure to come back for more! Hope to see more apple scents this fall which is what I'm told by the store clerk and cannot wait to stock up! Great job on this scent Yankee, clean burn, great pool of wax, and beautiful rich deep burgandy/red color of this wonderful scent for everyone to enjoy!

Autumn Apple Splendor
This is a great candle for fall. It is a tangy, and spicy apple blend. Love the color of the candle. It isn't an overwhelming scented candle more like an apple pie baking in the oven relaxing scent.

Perfect for Fall
Love the MacIntosh Spice scented candle for Fall into Christmas. Just the right blend of apple to spice ratio. Not overwhelming in any room of house.

Still on the fence...
My best friend and I have very similar likes in candle fragrances, so she recommended this;I'm still not quite sure if I'm a fan or not but its growing on me- its more apple than spice.

Great color, not a 'dime-a-dozen' apple scent.
The darker color represents the deep, rich spices in this one. The spices hold their own or even dominate over the sweet apple scent. If you're looking for YC to make apple special and not so common this one's for you. Nice 'Festive' option too.

This product has a great home cooked scent!
It's as if you have a pie baking in the oven. You can smell the apple with a touch of cinnamon. It gives me the warmth of home and family being together.

I used to love Yankee candles, there was a place close by my home that sold them I would buy so many of them. That place went out of business years ago and I hadn't been able to find these, so I searched online and was so happy to find them, but they don't have as much scent to them as they used to. If I go to Wal-Mart and buy main stays candles they smell up my whole house. Yankee candles however, to smell it I find that I have to be almost standing right over it. With the hefty price difference I'm going back to Wal-Mart. :-(
