FedEx reserves the right to deliver Economy packages to the address provided or to the nearest post office along their route. These packages are not insured or traceable by FedEx and Yankee Candle will not be responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen packages.

PO Box, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories are shipped via Parcel Post, all other shipments are via FedEx.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories will be charged $20 when the merchandise sub-total is under $100 and 20% of Order sub-total when greater than or equal to $100.

Rush Delivery

  • Items ordered by 1pm (EST) Monday-Friday* will be shipped same day.
  • Items ordered by 1pm (EST) Friday will arrive Monday for Next day air deliveries.
  • Saturday delivery is also available at an additional charge, and based upon delivery location. Add $20 to the standard shipping charge per address. Please call your Customer Service Representative toll-free at 1-800-243-1776 to place an order for Saturday delivery.

Canada
We now ship to Canada via FedEx. For orders under $100 US, shipping charges are a flat rate fee of $20. For orders over $100 US, shipping charges are 20% of the subtotal of the order.

International and Outside the Contiguous United States
For international orders, please visit www.yankeecandle.co.uk.

Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which we have a company-owned retail store. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address. To see if there are stores in the state that you are shipping to please go to the store locator.
